What we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, message, optional service interest).
  • Technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, if you accept optional analytics cookies.
  • Correspondence related to scoped engagements (access notes, meeting schedules) when you become a client.

How we use information

We use enquiry data to reply, prepare quotes, and deliver consulting work. We do not sell personal information. Optional analytics cookies help us understand aggregate site usage only when you accept them.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal obligation. Client project records follow the retention stated in the statement of work.

Sharing

We may use processors for email and hosting. They act on our instructions. We disclose information if required by Korean law or to protect our legal rights.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Korea, we take steps appropriate to the destination and the nature of the data.

Your rights
